Abstract Submission
Abstracts will be sent via www.qps-antalya.org web address or can be mailed to muzeyyen@dunyacongress.com address. The abstracts will be published as congress CD and in congress book.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION (CLOSING DATE FOR
ABSTRACT PROPOSALS IS March, 10- 2012
Format
Abstracts must be typed and must be submitted via e-mail (Microsoft Word files preferred).
All information must be set out in the following order: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Objectives, Method, Results, and Conclusions.
Only 1 x A4 page per abstract (21x30cms).
Abstract
Indicate whether abstract is proposed as a:
* Oral presentation or * Poster presentation * or Oral/Poster
Title
The title should be no more than 2 lines in length, in BLOCK capitals and in bold typeface.
Authors
Principal Author, Second Author, and Third Author etc. Type family name first, followed by initials, not qualifications. Followed by affiliation (name of organization).
Text
Up to maximum of 500 words & no more than only 1 x A4 page.
The abstract should address completed work and use the following headings:
Objective Describe the purpose of study/project (one sentence only)
Methods Briefly outline the project, methods used
Results Summarize results, include adequate evidence to support
Conclusions Briefly indicate main conclusion/s
Topic Area
Indicate which conference topic area the paper or poster will address.

Full details are required on a separate page:

Authors will be notified via e-mail of the result of their submission by March, 10, 2012 including whether their paper has been accepted for an oral or poster presentation. At this stage, there will be an opportunity to update the abstract. Once abstracts are confirmed, it is expected that the named presenter or a co-author will attend the conference to make the presentation. The decisions of the Scientific Committee will be final.
Each abstract will be acknowledged when it is received.
Time zone: Turkey is 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), 1 hour ahead of mid-European time, 7 hours ahead Eastern Standard Time, U.S.A and 7 hours behind of Japan.
Official Invitation, Passport and Visa Requirement: Upon request, the Congress Secretariat will send to a personal letter of invitation so as to enable participants to obtain visas for attending the meeting.
* Participants have discount; is for Academicians, Nurses, and University Students.
** Presenter; is for the one whose Poster or Oral Presentation is accepted, who is the first name
in the presentation or the presenter.
